About Gisb
Gisb was born from our unnatural obsession with The Google Image Search and its unmatched ability to make normal pictures funny by presenting them out of context. The premise is simple: We search for gibberish words, and present a selection of our favorite results. Gisb is the brainchild of Tamar and Rob, and we imagine we will be the only two people in the world who find it amusing.

TURP is not a nonsense word. It stands for Transurethral Resection of the Prostate in medical terms. Hence your first pic.
That very last picture links to site called "Limbs and Things," a site filled with prosthetic devices ostensibly used for medical procedure training. Although in reality, many of the devices they have for sale are very odd looking when taken out of context. This one is particularly distressing to me for some reason.

That's a plastic placenta being pulled out of a plastic woman's cooter. There's something remarkably unsettling about that, and I actually work in the medical field (although nothing as, uh... "hands on" as obstetrics).
