About Gisb
Gisb was born from our unnatural obsession with The Google Image Search and its unmatched ability to make normal pictures funny by presenting them out of context. The premise is simple: We search for gibberish words, and present a selection of our favorite results. Gisb is the brainchild of Tamar and Rob, and we imagine we will be the only two people in the world who find it amusing.

kuk means "cock", or "penis" if you will, in norwegian. that is.. if you didn't already know.
In swedish to(but I think you noticed)
it means "hip" in croatian, serbian, and similar languages... you can see hip x-rays
That doesn't explain the weird hair-lip baby though.
